Human Mind is such that it will magnify the most painful memories and belittle the most happy ones. But why is it so? Do you train your mind to feel pain over and over again? Do you get satisfaction and a sense of achievement in the feeling of pain?

Every living being is petrified of the idea of pain. And humans are so obsessed with pain that they literally emboss the memories of pain in their minds.

Why don’t we change the Narrative!! Ever experienced going to places and getting the painful memories back. All of us have, at some point or the other.  Visited some super awesome places – a Restaurant, Bar or a holiday on the Beach or the Mountains with your Ex. And these super awesome places were super awesome because you had a great time there with the person whose company you cherished the most at that time.

What happens when you visit those places now?  Ohh No!! You can’t even stand the sight of those places now.  You dare not even go on that path.  It’s the same place, why hate the place because of the person.

Go to that Serene Beach. Go to the Mesmerizing Mountains. Don’t cry in those places by reminiscing old memories. Make new Memories there.  Visit the place solo.  Go enjoy your own Company in those places.  Make Amazing New Happy Memories with self in that place.

These are the places where you once cried.

Go Laugh in the places you cried. Change the Narrative!!

Most of us encounter toxic people at some point in our lives.  These people don’t deserve your attention. Believe me!! They will do more harm than good.

You may be encountering these people on a daily basis in the form of friends,  Co workers, Relatives, people at Community Gatherings or even your immediate Family.  They carry a certain Negative Energy which may affect your moods and also drain your positivity.  They carry this energy in the door of fixed beliefs, narrow mindedness, jealousy, judgements etc.

They operate out of their own insecurities and grudges of not having achieved certain things.  So if you are successful they would comment and taunt you on why you are still single. If married,  they would taunt you on not having kids. If you are pretty they would comment on you not having the perfect body or not being in shape. It is their Jealousy of you being perfectly happy I’m your life in spite of the Imperfections.

Don’t give them this Sadistic Pleasure!! Because these kinds of people drain off all your Positive Energy.  And you don’t want to end up feeling Miserable like them, do you?

You don’t want to be ever complaining like them,  do you?

Stay away from these Energy Drainers. Immediately cut them out of your life. It is understandable if they are part of your family and you live together. But in that case, stay clear of getting into any discussions  on taboo topics you want to avoid and which may turn into arguments.

You would be doing yourself a big favor and conserving your Energy for the more Productive Work.

How are you being impacted by the Energy Drainers in your life?  Click Here to contact us and request your free discovery call. Click Here to subscribe to our newsletter.
